We may also obtain information from publicly available sources and third-party data providers, including county assessor and recorder records, property databases, and similar public sources. This information may include property ownership details and the names, mailing addresses, and contact information of property owners, which we use to evaluate and pursue potential acquisitions.

Sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. We use third-party advertising and analytics technologies (such as advertising pixels and cookies) that may disclose online identifiers and internet activity to advertising platforms in order to deliver targeted advertising to you across other websites. Under the CCPA, this disclosure may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You have the right to opt out of this sharing, as described below.
Sensitive personal information. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond to verifiable requests within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice). We may need to verify your identity and will not require more information than necessary to do so. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Where we offer browser-based opt-out tools or a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, you may also use those to opt out.
