Jeffrey Martin Schleider is the Founder of Lexington Realty Capital. Jeff directs the firm’s strategy in identifying, purchasing, and repositioning value-add real estate opportunities. Lexington relies heavily on Jeff’s deep understanding of the real estate markets, his meticulous approach to design and marketing, and his extensive industry contacts and relationships.

Prior to founding Lexington Realty Capital, Jeff founded Miron Properties, which was acquired by Realogy (NYSE:RLGY) in 2016.

Throughout his career, Jeff has remained an active member of the real estate community and a sought-after industry commentator for publications including The New York Times, Mann Report, and Real Estate Weekly. He has also educated industry professionals in partnership with REBNY, Chase, and Wells Fargo. 

 

Jeff is a graduate of Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in political science: international relations.
